The Therapeutic Power + Life-Changing Magic of Restorative Yoga and Dynamic Rest

Restorative Yoga originated as a technique to address injuries, illness, and chronic disease. In modern Western culture, it’s often used as a last resort, a brief reset when we can’t produce at expected levels. But there’s more to it than that, especially now.

In this 2-hr Masterclass, we explore emerging research in the science of change. We’ll cover:

  • new findings in neuroplasticity, the science of change
  • the top 5 ways to retrain the brain, body, & nervous system
  • when and how to use dynamic rest practices
  • the impact of rest on the gut microbiome, sleep, & emotions
  • what the research has to say about restorative practice
  • how embodied dynamic rest improves emotional and social health
  • the social context of safety and rest

We’ll discuss practical tools for healing on physiological, psychological, and social levels.
