BODY LOVE CLASS SERIES
Beginning Saturday, October 15th and all Saturdays through November 19th

For anyone interested in an integrative approach to well-being, including yoga teachers, psychotherapists, healthcare professionals, educators, bodyworkers, lovers and instructors of yoga and mindfulness.and
In these 90-minute practices, I’ll guide you through an interoceptive approach to connective tissue self-massage and therapeutic tools that you can use on their own, or integrate with any other movement class.
Each BODY LOVE class will explore a theme, such as opening the front body, releasing the back body, accessing the side body, emotional grounding, and more.
Note that rather than entailing a visual, imitative structure, these classes will foster a foundation of interoception and self-empowerment.
Please have on hand the following props:
- 1 to 2 blocks
- 2 tennis, rubber, or yoga therapy balls
- 2 blankets
- a mat or sticky surface
- an eye pillow (or sock filled with rice)
- an extra pair of socks
- a bolster or the equivalent
You don’t need to attend live, but you do need to register- early is better to ensure your reg. goes through. Registration ends @ 9:30am EST on the day of each class.
INSTRUCTIONS:

- Your webinar link comes from Embodied Awareness, LLC + Zoom.
- Mark “support@boforbesyoga.com” and “Embodied Awareness” as “inbox” or “important” to ensure you receive materials.
- On the day following each class (that’s Sunday!), by the end of day, we’ll send you an email w/ a link to download the recording.
- If you don’t see the email, search our email in ALL folders.
- Zoom rarely makes registration errors. If you don’t get materials by three days post-class, search “support@boforbesyoga.com” in all folders before emailing; 99% of the time you’ll find it.
- Email within 3 days to support@boforbesyoga.com to let us know you haven’t received it.
- We stay afloat (hey, pandemic!) by minimizing admin tasks; please take the above steps before emailing us.
- The recording link will be auto-deleted after 7 days; we can’t make exceptions for any reason, even the best ones!
